PURPOSE

To expose corporate executives to topics not usually on their daily agendas and to engage business leaders in frank and open discussions, relating to the issues underlying human behavior and the decision-making process-such as the conflict between principles and expediency and the tension between individual and collective values.
To develop and nurture leadership potential within a broad spectrum of the corporate sector, national and international, operating on the assumption that leaders become leaders by virtue of their knowledge, experiences, dynamism and sensitivity.
To promote the awareness of human values and to contribute toward team-building and personal development.
To enable each participant to become a broader, more conscious and often, more contributing member of the corporate community and of society at large.
