The seminar has stirred my curiosity. More, it has given birth to a personal
search, a yearning to learn more about the ambiguous subject of humanity
and mankind's role, responses and apathy to conditions that challenge
long held values. A flame has been lit. It is now my choice to fan that flame
or simply let it burn itself out. I hope I have the determination
and perseverance to bring it to a blaze."

Executives from national and multi-national corporations make up the majority of seminar participants. The senior managers are joined by a few carefully selected individuals from other sectors of society-representatives from all three governmental branches, religious groups, the media, academia or non-profit organizations. The mingling of diverse viewpoints and perspectives allows both sides-corporate and non-corporate-to expose each other to issues often interpreted in diametrically opposed fashions. Mutual understanding and respect are some of the results.
